SANYO FREE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE
SANYO Electric (Hong Kong) Ltd. – SSM Division recently identified one models of SANYO washing
machines with deficiencies. The washing
machines have the rare potential risk of damage and electrical short-circuit of an
internal connecting cable after prolonged-use. Therefore, related customers are required to
contact our company for a free preventive maintenance service for the
sake of safety.
Preventive maintenance service applies only for the
following washing machine models and serial numbers which supplied in
the Hong Kong market:

Customers of the captioned
washing machines are encouraged to call our hotline at 2610 2833 to
arrange a free preventive maintenance service as soon as possible.

Apart from the above mentioned
models and serial numbers, other Sanyo products are not being affected. We wish to
express our deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused to our
customers.
